Emanuel Hudson has been practicing law representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil matters since 1986. Mr. Hudson’s early concentration has been in personal injury, trial practice, insurance law, family law and business transactions. Additionally, Mr. Hudson represents a broad base of interests, including world class athletes, as well as coaches involved in professional football, baseball, basketball and track & field. Other clients include members of the Saudi Arabian royal family and a former space shuttle astronaut. In managing and negotiating business ventures, Mr. Hudson strives to maximize each client's profitability, exposure, and success through hands-on management. Caryn Nguyen |
Admitted to the bar in 2000, Ms. Nguyen heads the firm’s family law and personal injury practice. She has a strong commitment to her clients and strives to achieve an outcome that best serves their interests. In family law matters, Ms. Nguyen is the calm figure helping her clients through difficult times. She has successfully represented clients in diverse family law cases that include but are not limited to: complex international divorces, custody and visitation disputes, restraining orders and domestic violence matters, spousal support, modification of child and/or spousal support, contempt and/or enforcement proceedings, and drafting prenuptial or postnuptial agreements. In personal injury cases, Ms. Nguyen has successfully negotiated high figure settlements for her clients. She will fight the good fight to ensure that her clients are well compensated for their injury, pain and suffering, economic losses, and/or property damage. She has handled cases that include but are not limited to: automobile accidents, bicycle and/or pedestrian accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites, cosmetic injuries and scarring, and products liability. In addition to heading the firm’s family law and personal injury practice, Ms. Nguyen has represented professional athletes in sporting disputes before the American Arbitration Association and the international Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Her other areas of practice include incorporating businesses and establishing/organizing limited liability companies, and estate planning. Ms. Nguyen is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association. When not dedicating her time to her clients’ cases, Ms. Nguyen runs marathons. |
